1. Services Offered
Queen Bee Grooming provides both standard and **creative grooming** services, including but not limited to bathing, brushing, clipping, hand-scissoring, nail trimming, deshedding, and pet-safe creative styling like non-toxic color, stencils, glitter, and feathering. All creative grooming is cosmetic, safe, and veterinarian-approved.

2. Pet Health and Vaccinations
All pets must be up-to-date on rabies, distemper, and parvovirus vaccinations. You must disclose any known medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral concerns. We reserve the right to decline service to any pet showing signs of illness, parasites, or aggression.

3. Creative Grooming Consent
Creative services require a signed consent form and are performed only with pet-safe, vet-approved products. Color results vary depending on coat type and health. Some styles may require multiple sessions.

4. Appointment Policy
• Appointments required for all services.
• Please give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Late cancellations/no-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are based on breed, size, coat condition, and service detail. Creative grooming is quoted separately. Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

6. Aggressive Pets & Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a pet shows signs of severe stress, aggression, or presents a safety concern. A handling fee may apply in cases requiring additional staff or time.

7. Liability
We take every precaution to protect your pet. However, Queen Bee Grooming is not liable for underlying medical conditions, allergic reactions, or injuries that occur due to non-disclosure. Minor irritation or stress may occasionally occur.

8. Use of Photos and Videos
We love showcasing our transformations! Photos/videos of your pet may be used on social media and marketing unless you opt out in writing.

9. Satisfaction & Reworks
If you're not happy, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. We will happily make reasonable adjustments at no extra charge.

These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana. Personal information is kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.
